Starting Services

Customers may call or stop by the office and request service at a residential or commercial property.

• If you are the owner, you must provide proof of ownership and sign a service agreement with Stratmoor Hills Water and Sanitation Districts
• If you are a tenant, please refer to Owner/Tenant Policy.

Discontinuance of Services

You may request discontinuance of service when moving and/or when the property is sold to another party by calling or stopping by the office. You must provide us with a forwarding address and current phone number.

Upon termination of service and settlement of all outstanding amounts, any existing agreement will become void and any remaining security deposit and overpayments of five dollars ($5.00) or more will be refunded.
