Stratmoor Hills Water and Sanitation Districts
The Stratmoor Hills Water and Sanitation Districts were organized in 1956 and are governed by two separate elected Board of Directors that are elected by electors and property owners within the two districts boundaries. The Districts supply drinking water and sanitary sewer services for an unincorporated area of El Paso County. The Districts are bordered on the north, east and west by the city of Colorado Springs and on the south by Fort Carson Military Reservation and Security Water and Sanitation Districts.
We at the Stratmoor Hills Water and Sanitation Districts are committed to providing safe and reliable services to our customers in the most efficient and effective manner possible. We take pride in the quality of our water and we strive to deliver it with the highest level of customer service.
